This training session is intended to make you aware of your responsibilities and what to expect during and after the visit from MOL. Under section 54(1)(a) of the OHSA, a Ministry of Labour inspector may enter any workplace without a warrant or notice. By law, you are required to permit an inspector entry to conduct a workplace inspection or investigation
